Cocktail Cool-Off!  Enjoy air conditioning and a cocktail from the Columbian cash bar from 12-7:30 pm. First 20 people can watch the parade from the balcony!  Stroll through the theatre and discover its 1893 Chicago World’s Fair artifacts and enjoy art by local artists in the Swogger Gallery. Watch Boomtown 2-Behind the Fence at 1:30 and 3 pm.

Grab a bite and a beverage 1:00 - 9:00 pm.

Take a walk down memory lane at the 42nd Annual Walter P. Chrysler Car Show. With an average of over 100 entries, there’s something for everyone. (9:00 AM to 3:30 PM)

Head over to the carnival where there are rides, thrills and fun for all ages. From the ferris wheel and tilt-a-whirl, to your favorite carnival games and food on the midway, the carnival has something for everyone. And who knows, you might just walk away with a prize! (3:00 PM to 10:00 PM)

We had 6 cameras inside the fence during the 2018 Fireworks show to document the show from the Pyro Crew point of view. You've never seen the show like this. Don't miss your chance to see last year's show from "Behind the Fence". Two shows: 1:30pm and 2:30pm. Experience the World of OZ at the famous OZ Museum downtown. It showcases over over 2,000 artifacts dating from 1900 to present day. You will find detailed historical facts about the movie and actors, OZ memorabilia, and so much more! (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM)

Cool off, play some Bingo and maybe win a prize!

Enjoy dinner at Barleycorn's Bar & Deli where they have something for everyone. Their slow-cooked meats are a local favorite, and their cole slaw and potato salad options are great, too! (10:00 AM to 8:00 PM)

The Fourth of July parade doesn’t kick off until 6:00 PM, but make your way to Lincoln AVe. early to save your seat. It fills up fast! (5:30 PM to 6:00 PM)

Insider tip: Try and grab a seat on the West side of the street so you’re in the shade.

If you’re coming to the Wamego Fourth of July celebration, you can’t miss the parade! 2021 marks 150 years of classic cars, area floats and incredible live music. Plus, who doesn’t like a little free candy? (6:00 PM to 7:00 PM)

The shuttles will make drops near the parade route from 4-6 pm to allow passengers to be dropped off for the parade.  This is a drop only and NOT a pick up spot.

Make your way to the fireworks viewing area to grab a seat and enjoy the concert.  Concessions are still open, so grab a funnel cake or slushie on your way to enjoy while you walk! (8:00 PM to 9:30 PM).
