Throughout the months of November and December Wamego embraces this season of hope, giving and community harmony by celebrating with visits from Santa Claus, seasonal entertainment at the Columbian Theatre and more! Join us for the many activities that make this a wonderful time for family and also a season to comfort one another.

Wamego City Park
- Say Hi to Santa on the lawn. Get your picture in front of him. Bring him a letter!
- Enjoy the beautiful Holiday lights
- Get your 3D holiday glasses
- Caroling provided by Wamego High School
- Grab some food from the food trucks
- Enjoy shopping with our Christmas vendors.
- FREE hot chocolate from the Historial Museum
- Cookie decorating and pillow craft in the shelter house.
Christmas Lights in Wamego
There are many wonderful Christmas lights throughout Wamego from Thanksgiving Day and then throughout the Christmas season. Load up friends and family, grab a nice cup of coffee or hot chocolate at Paramour Coffee Shop, Short Stop or Last Stop and cruise around Wamego and enjoy all that twinkles this season.
